Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United States.
We make every effort to ship out all orders the same day the order is placed. If your order comes in after our daily package pickup your order will go out on the following day (excluding Sunday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

In store pickup is FREE and available same day if order is placed by 2PM, otherwise it will be ready the following day for pickup!
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship shoes, they are available for store pick up only!

Return Policy

Online Return Policy:

You have 14 days from receipt of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Returns after 14 days, worn or/and without original tags will not be accepted.

Please read eligibility requirements for returns before shipping or bringing back to store:

– All jewelry, shoes, clutches are final sale.
– All sale items are final sale.
– Original receipt required.
– Clothes must be in original condition and tags must be attached.
– Items worn, in poor or damaged condition will not be accepted.
Please contact us with any questions prior to returning to ensure your return is accepted.

To ensure any lost or damaged packages, we recommend that you insure or track your packages. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We will refund you for the returned items minus original shipping and handling fees once returns are processed. Please give 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

In-Store Return Policy:

Purchases are eligible to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns must have original tags and be unworn to be accepted for a full refund or store credit, otherwise we will not be able to return your item.


At this time, we recommend you return the original item and repurchase the item you would like to exchange for.
